Should I be worried about any further action about DUI?
Last night, I went to make a beer run in my car and walked into a conveniance store and accidentally dropped a bottle of beer and it broke, then the store clerk thought I was wasted drunk, then while heading on my way back home, the police pulled me over and caught me still being somewhat drunk from the beers I had earlier, but instead of arresting me for DUI, they simply had me leave my car on the side of the road and walk home, so I did and the next morning, I came back and pick my car up. Should I be worried about any further action or am I ok? They didn?t give me a citation or arrested me or nothing like that.
No your fine. You got really lucky. I mean I will let people go for small things like talking on their cell phones or running a stop sign. But I never ever ever ever let anyone go on DUI’s. Ive seen to many accidents and have lost too many friends because of it.
You got really lucky. Your fine, nothing else will happen.

If you were arrested you would know it, especially for DUI. Your drivers license is taken by the police and automatically suspended for 30 days. No citation or ticket means your in the clear. A perfect example of how police are not so bad after all.

You got lucky. You see for a DUI there needs to be a breathalyzer or a blood test the night of the DUI. If they didn’t test you there is nothing to worry about because it’s too late to prove it. What is the cop going to do? Walk into the courtroom and say you were drunk? that will never work without proof.

No, you got very lucky and take it as a very good lesson learned. You have a nice, forgiving police force where you are. Be sure and send at minimum of a $25 donation to their family fund. The DUI would have cost you much, much more.

I like how you don;t mention "somewhat drunk from the beers I had earlier" until the middle of the question.
"Should I be worried about any further action or am I ok?"
Doesn’t seem likely. However, if you repeat that behavior and god forbid get into an accident, there’s a possibility that someone might remember you as wasted, and might also remember that cops were involved. Those cops could be the ones who’ve got worrying to do.
Most likely you won’t have any worries because…you’ll probably not have survived whatever accident you cause.
I hope you enjoy the beer.

if you were in Az the Mormon cops would have stuffed and cuffed and made you join their church-
after they made you feel like the lowest of low on the planet- don’t donate to the cops-they are making a kajillion dollars on people who have 2 beers on their way home form work costing about a years pay-
donate to a food bank
